One of my most favorite beaches on earth is Tybee Island, Georgia! That little town is as charming as this little pillow.  This scene in a bottle was inspired by my many times at the beach. I spent a lot of time there in college dreaming up my next inspriation.  The stripes are pieced  strips that set off the hand embroidery main focal piece. I hope that when you make and stitch this pillow that you think of your favorite beach and go there in your dreams!
